1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the App or the respective app store (Google Play Store/Apple App Store) before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but does not provide a refund for the remaining subscription period.

2. Products and Services Cancellation

  • Astrological and Ritual Products: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed due to the personalized and spiritual nature of these items.
  • Consultation Services: Cancellation is not permitted for scheduled consultations. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session, subject to astrologer availability.

3. Effect of Cancellation

  • For subscriptions, premium features remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, only free features will be available.
  • Product or service cancellation requests will not be processed unless they meet refund eligibility criteria under our Refund Policy.
